M\u011bly bychom j\u00ed tedy v\u011bnovat dostate\u010dnou pozornost. Te\u010f p\u016fjdu trochu proti proudu toho, co se n\u00e1m sna\u017e\u00ed namluvit reklamy na nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed menstrua\u010dn\u00ed pom\u016fcky \u2013 \u017ee p\u0159i menstruaci m\u016f\u017eeme pokra\u010dovat ve v\u0161ech sv\u00fdch \u010dinnostech beze zm\u011bny. No ano, m\u016f\u017eete, ale pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b se to \u010dasem neblaze projev\u00ed na Va\u0161em t\u011ble. <strong>\u017dena je cyklick\u00e1 bytost<\/strong> a v\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti sv\u00e9ho cyklu m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 siln\u00e9 a slab\u00e9 str\u00e1nky. Je velmi \u00falevn\u00e9 o tom v\u011bd\u011bt a vyu\u017e\u00edvat p\u0159ednost\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9 t\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti. <strong>Nemus\u00edte pod\u00e1vat cel\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc vyrovnan\u00fd v\u00fdkon<\/strong>. Nap\u0159\u00edklad po menstruaci m\u00e1te nejv\u00edce energie a kolem ovulace jste pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b velmi spole\u010densk\u00e1 a u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te si spole\u010dnosti sv\u00fdch nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00edch, o kter\u00e9 z\u00e1rove\u0148 s l\u00e1skou pe\u010dujete. P\u0159ed menstruac\u00ed naopak snadno vid\u00edte jakoukoliv chybi\u010dku a snadno se zbavujete nefunk\u010dn\u00edho. P\u0159i menstruaci je nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed Va\u0161e intuice a je to vhodn\u00fd \u010das pro sebereflexi. Pokud u\u017e se v \u00c1jurv\u00e9d\u011b trochu orientujete, m\u016f\u017eete i za t\u00edmto cyklem vid\u011bt d\u00f3\u0161i \u2013 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dotekajurvedy.cz\/index.php\/2021\/10\/23\/vata-pitta-kapha\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kaphu<\/a><\/span> (do ovulace), <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dotekajurvedy.cz\/index.php\/2021\/10\/23\/vata-pitta-kapha\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pittu<\/a><\/span> (premenstrua\u010dn\u00ed f\u00e1ze) a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dotekajurvedy.cz\/index.php\/2021\/10\/23\/vata-pitta-kapha\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">V\u00e1tu<\/a><\/span> (menstruace).\u00a0 Pokud V\u00e1s t\u00e9ma cykli\u010dnosti oslovilo, mohu doporu\u010dit nap\u0159\u00edklad knihu Cyklick\u00e1 \u017eena. J\u00e1 se v tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku budu v\u011bnovat v\u00fdhradn\u011b obdob\u00ed menstruace.<\/p><p><strong>Trocha \u00e1jurv\u00e9dsk\u00e9 teorie pro z\u00e1jemce, m\u016f\u017eete i p\u0159esko\u010dit \ud83d\ude09<\/strong><\/p><p>Menstruaci ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed v\u0161echny t\u0159i d\u00f3\u0161i, ale je pod \u201enadvl\u00e1dou\u201c v\u00e1ty, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b jedn\u00e9 jej\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti, kter\u00e9 se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 ap\u00e1na vayu. Tato energie \u0159\u00edd\u00ed procesy v\u00a0podb\u0159i\u0161ku \u2013 funkce tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva a vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eivin, proces vylu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed stolice a mo\u010di, \u017eensk\u00e9 a mu\u017esk\u00e9 reproduk\u010dn\u00ed org\u00e1ny, ledviny, mo\u010dov\u00e9 cesty, t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed, porod a menstruaci. Je tedy kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 v\u00a0dob\u011b menstruace na\u0161i V\u00e1tu ope\u010dovat. Menstruace n\u00e1m krom\u011b zdrav\u00ed reproduk\u010dn\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f ukazuje tak\u00e9 na kvalitu rasa dhatu, co\u017e je hodn\u011b zjednodu\u0161en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno lymfa.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element Jsme v\u00edce citliv\u00e9 na m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed f\u00e1ze jako je \u00fapln\u011bk a novolun\u00ed. Pokud jsme v\u00a0rovnov\u00e1ze, je i n\u00e1\u0161 menstrua\u010dn\u00ed cyklus v\u00a0souladu s\u00a0t\u00edm m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edm. Na nov p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed menstruaci a p\u0159i pln\u00e9m m\u011bs\u00edci nast\u00e1v\u00e1 ovulace. Pokud to tak nem\u00e1te, nepropadejte panice. Mo\u017en\u00e1 za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed obdob\u00ed a t\u011blo je v\u00a0trochu jin\u00e9m re\u017eimu. Sly\u0161ela jsem i n\u00e1zor, \u017ee pokud to m\u00e1 \u017eena opa\u010dn\u011b a menstruuje na \u00fapln\u011bk, \u017ee je ve sv\u00e9 nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed s\u00edle. J\u00e1 osobn\u011b jsem to takto m\u011bla v\u00a0n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch obdob\u00edch, kdy t\u011blo bojovalo s\u00a0dlouhodobou nemoc\u00ed nebo bylo v\u00a0obrovsk\u00e9m z\u00e1p\u0159ahu. Kdy\u017e se m\u00e1 situace uklidnila, cyklus se op\u011bt sladil s\u00a0M\u011bs\u00edcem.<\/p><p><strong>S\u00e1dhana podle m\u011bs\u00edce pro \u017eeny<\/strong><\/p><p>V\u0161em \u017een\u00e1m je doporu\u010dov\u00e1na n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed s\u00e1dhana. M\u016f\u017eete ji dodr\u017eovat velmi pe\u010dliv\u011b nebo si jen vybrat jeden aspekt, z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na Va\u0161\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situaci. Pe\u010dliv\u00e9 dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed doporu\u010duji \u017een\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 tr\u00e1p\u00ed menstrua\u010dn\u00ed, ovula\u010dn\u00ed nebo premenstrua\u010dn\u00ed obt\u00ed\u017ee nebo kter\u00e9 se sna\u017e\u00ed ot\u011bhotn\u011bt.<\/p><p><strong>Na novolun\u00ed, 11.den po novolun\u00ed (ekadasha), \u00fapln\u011bk a 11.den po \u00fapl\u0148ku (ekadasha) jezte jen lehk\u00e1 tepl\u00e1 j\u00eddla bez cukru, b\u00edl\u00e9 mouky a soli. <\/strong>Komu to ned\u011bl\u00e1 pot\u00ed\u017ee, m\u016f\u017ee vynechat sn\u00eddani. Tyto dny zkuste minimalizovat svoje kontakty, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e tr\u00e1vit \u010das o samot\u011b a napojte se sama na sebe. Tyto dny si tak\u00e9 dop\u0159ejte olejovou (sebe)mas\u00e1\u017e, pokud nen\u00ed kontraindikovan\u00e1 (menstruace, akutn\u00ed nemoc, mnoho toxin\u016f v\u00a0t\u011ble). Zkuste tyto dny v\u011bnovat sama sob\u011b, jak jen to Va\u0161e situace umo\u017e\u0148uje. <strong>\u017deny p\u0159ipravuj\u00edc\u00ed se na t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed se zam\u011b\u0159\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na \u00fapln\u011bk a \u017eeny s\u00a0menstrua\u010dn\u00edmi probl\u00e9my na novolun\u00ed.<\/strong> Tuto s\u00e1dhanu mohou dodr\u017eovat i \u017eeny po menopauze nebo v jemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed variant\u011b i mlad\u00e9 d\u00edvky.
