Mnoho z n\u00e1s poci\u0165uje stres, \u00fazkosti, obavy a nejistotu. To, co se d\u011bje, zm\u011bnit neum\u00edm, ale mohu V\u00e1m pomoci k tomu, abyste tuto t\u011b\u017ekou situaci zvl\u00e1dli l\u00e9pe.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">Jeliko\u017e nikdo z n\u00e1s nev\u00ed, co n\u00e1m budoucnost p\u0159inese (co\u017e je pro mnoho z n\u00e1s zdrojem obav), zkusme se sout\u0159edit na p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fd okam\u017eik. V tom je velk\u00fdm pomocn\u00edkem mindfulness. Schopnost \u017e\u00edt v p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9m okam\u017eiku a nezaob\u00edrat se p\u0159esp\u0159\u00edli\u0161 minulost\u00ed nebo budoucnost\u00ed se d\u00e1 natr\u00e9novat (stejn\u011b jako svaly ;)).<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">P\u0159edstav\u00edm V\u00e1m zde 10 m\u00fdch nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00edch mindfulness metod. Doporu\u010duji vybrat si jednu a praktikovat ji n\u011bkolik dn\u00ed, a\u017e pot\u00e9 za\u0159adit M\u016f\u017eete tento \u010das tak\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edt k tomu, \u017ee se n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t zhluboka nadechnete a uv\u011bdom\u00edte si, jak se v dan\u00fd moment c\u00edt\u00edte. Jak\u00e9 m\u00e1te emoce a kde je c\u00edt\u00edte? Kolik m\u00e1te energie? P\u0159esu\u0148te pozornost k Va\u0161emu dechu a sledujte, jak putuje od nosn\u00edch d\u00edrek a\u017e do Va\u0161eho b\u0159icha. V\u0161imn\u011bte si, jak se b\u0159icho p\u0159i n\u00e1dechu zved\u00e1, a po kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 p\u0159est\u00e1vce op\u011bt kles\u00e1. Sledujte v\u00fddech zp\u011bt a\u017e k nosn\u00edm d\u00edrk\u00e1m. Pokuste se udr\u017eet mysl soust\u0159ed\u011bnou na dech. Pokud se Va\u0161e mysl zatoul\u00e1 a v\u0161imnete si toho, sm\u011b\u0159ujte jej\u00ed pozornost zp\u011bt k dechu. Ze za\u010d\u00e1tku budete pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b my\u0161lenkami odb\u00edhat \u010dasto, Va\u0161e pozornost se ale postupn\u011b vytr\u00e9nuje.
